These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between btcuci ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the btcuci online gaming platform available at https://btcuci.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or related services.

btcuci is operated under international gaming authorisation and provides online casino games, live dealer casino services, sports betting, esports betting, and related gaming entertainment to eligible players worldwide, including players accessing the platform from Malaysia.

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Accept", or otherwise accessing any part of the btcuci platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
• You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the btcuci platform and close any accounts you hold.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on the btcuci Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. btcuci strictly prohibits gaming by individuals under this age. Submission of false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Own Account: You must be registering and playing exclusively for your own personal account and not on behalf of any other person, organisation, or commercial entity.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion restriction, whether applied through btcuci or any recognised third-party responsible gambling programme.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the btcuci Platform is lawful under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. btcuci makes no representation that access from any particular location is legal.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the btcuci Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

During registration and upon any withdrawal request (or at any time at btcuci's sole discretion), you may be required to complete KYC verification by providing the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License — clear colour image showing all four corners.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days, clearly displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document, with your face and the document clearly visible.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, clearly showing your name and account number.

btcuci reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required KYC documentation has been satisfactorily verified. Providing false, altered, or misleading documents will result in permanent account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

Typical KYC review time is 24 to 48 hours from submission of complete documentation. Players will be notified of the outcome via registered email or in-platform notification.

btcuci supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players: FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, BTC (Bitcoin), and USDT (ERC-20 and TRC-20). Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and may vary by payment method. The general minimum deposit is RM30.
• btcuci does not charge deposit fees. Bank or payment provider fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to the Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and verified in the Player's own name.
• A minimum withdrawal of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated.
• btcuci targets a withdrawal processing time of under 60 minutes for FPX and DuitNow. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 2 network confirmations. Actual processing times may vary subject to payment provider processing or KYC requirements.
• btcuci reserves the right to carry out additional fraud and AML checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing period.
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to maximum cashout limits as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

btcuci offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player is eligible for each specific promotion once only. Claiming a promotion from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (as stated in the promotion terms) before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM250 to RM500 as specified in the relevant promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Some games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unexpired bonus balances that have not met rollover conditions will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain bonuses impose a maximum cashout limit on winnings derived from bonus funds. This limit is stated in the promotion-specific terms and will be enforced at the time of withdrawal.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: btcuci reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing wagering towards an active bonus will not be affected by the withdrawal of future promotional availability.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the btcuci Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual games, sports markets, or bet types are published in the relevant game or sport section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at btcuci's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform returns a confirmed bet reference. btcuci reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation.
• Obvious Errors: btcuci reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds, lines, or game outcomes that were offered as a result of an obvious error or technical malfunction, including pricing errors, suspended market leaks, or software faults.
• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on the Platform are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Results are generated independently of any previous game outcomes.
• Live Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets for events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other sports are subject to market suspension at any time. btcuci is not liable for failed in-play bets resulting from connection issues on the Player's side.
• Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round or slot spin, the game outcome will be determined by the Platform's server-side record and will be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btcuci Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through proxies, third parties, or affiliated devices.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate systematic profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet rollover requirements while minimising game exposure; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; or misuse of the Migration Program.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. btcuci complies with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Depositing funds that are derived from unlawful activities or are otherwise subject to legal dispute.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including but not limited to hacking, DDoS attacks, or reverse engineering.

btcuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• btcuci has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated period.
• A regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency directs the suspension or closure of the Account.
• The Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, following which btcuci may apply an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Cashier section.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining (subject to KYC clearance) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of rollover progress.

All content on the btcuci Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, video, audio, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of btcuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from any Platform software.
• Use any btcuci trademark, logo, or trade name without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any breach of this clause will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

The btcuci Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btcuci makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or malicious code, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, btcuci's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

btcuci shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental:

• Loss of gambling profits, winnings, or opportunities to bet.
• Loss arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical faults.
• Loss arising from the Player's internet connection, device failure, or third-party service outage.
• Indirect or consequential financial loss of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

btcuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

btcuci enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all gaming activity and provides the following responsible gambling tools, available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying Players of their active session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform, applied within 24 hours of request and not reversible during the exclusion period.

btcuci collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected by btcuci — including your name, MyKad or passport number, email address, contact number, residential address, and payment method details — is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and ongoing KYC compliance.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and related financial transactions.
• Fraud prevention, AML monitoring, and regulatory compliance obligations.
• Customer support, dispute resolution, and service communications.
• Marketing communications where the Player has provided explicit consent.

btcuci does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers operating under binding data processing agreements, or where required by law. btcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility requirements — btcuci will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered address associated with each affected Account.

For minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the btcuci Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and btcuci, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the following escalation process:

• Step 1 — Direct Support: Contact btcuci customer support via live chat or email. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If Step 1 does not resolve the dispute, submit a formal written complaint to the btcuci disputes team at the support email address. btcuci will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 21 business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek urgent injunctive or emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their interests pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
