Bonus Terms Explained
Bonus terms can look intimidating at first glance. This section breaks each one down in plain English with real MYR examples so you know exactly what you're claiming before you deposit.
The number of times you must bet your bonus amount (or bonus + deposit in some cases) before any winnings become withdrawable. This is the most important term to check before claiming any offer.
Example: You claim a 100% bonus on RM200 deposit = RM200 bonus. With a 10x rollover, you must wager RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 total before cashout. A 35x rollover on the same bonus means RM7,000 in wagers required.
When playing with active bonus funds, most platforms cap the maximum bet per round or spin. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus and any winnings derived from it. Always check this limit before playing.
Example: The cap is typically RM250–RM500 per bet when bonus funds are active. Placing a RM600 single bet during a bonus round may cause forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
Not all games contribute equally towards rolling over a bonus. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like baccarat and blackjack may contribute only 10–20%. Some games may be excluded entirely.
Example: RM100 wagered on slots = RM100 counted towards rollover. RM100 on blackjack (20% contribution) = only RM20 counted. Slots are the most efficient way to clear most bonuses.
Every bonus has an expiry window — the period within which you must complete the rollover or forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings. Common windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting.
Example: A 14-day bonus credited on 1 January must be fully rolled over by 14 January. Any unused bonus balance after that date is automatically removed from your account.
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus stays in your account during play but cannot itself be withdrawn — only the winnings generated can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus can be withdrawn alongside winnings once rollover is met.
Example: Sticky bonus of RM200 + you win RM500. You can withdraw RM500 (winnings only), not the RM200 bonus. Non-sticky bonus: both the bonus and winnings are withdrawable after rollover.
Even after completing rollover, some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. This prevents unlimited extraction from low-deposit, high-percentage bonuses.
Example: A 200% bonus with a 5x max cash-out on RM50 deposit limits your total cashout to RM250, regardless of how much you actually won during the bonus period.
